Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Onion Diced
- 2 Carrots Diced
- 2 Celery Stalks Diced
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Crushed
- 1 can White Beans
- 2 cans Re-fried Beans
- 2 cans Chicken Broth
- 1 large can Tomatoes (with juice) Diced
Servings: People
Instructions
- Saute onion, carrots, celery and garlic in butter until soft.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, then add re-fried beans and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add white beans and tomatoes.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
